For the first time ever in Uruguay, Ralek Gracie, will be giving a seminar in which we are inviting people from all over South America. This event will take place Saturday, December 8, at the Certified Training Center in Montevideo, Uruguay. Doors will open at 08:00 am.

IMPERDIBLE, por primera vez en Uruguay Ralek Gracie, uno de los Instructores Principales de la Original Academia Gracie Jiu-Jitsu en Torrance California, estará enseñando un seminario abierto a las personas de Uruguay y Sur-América.

Este evento se llevará a cabo el Sábado 8 de Diciembre, en el Centro Certificado de Entrenamiento "Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Montevideo", Uruguay (CTC Montevideo). Las puertas estarán abiertas desde las 0800 am.

Seminarios (2 horas cada uno):

• A partir de las 10am…Gracie Combatives: las 36 técnicas mas importantes de Gracie Jiu-Jitsu
• A partir de las 15pm… Master Cycle: donde Ralek enseñará sus técnicas de sumisión favoritas, y las técnicas que utilizo para ganar su pelea de MMA contra Kasushi Sakuraba.

El CTC Montevideo, está orgulloso de haber sido certificado por la Academia Gracie en Julio del 2011, y se siente alagado de poder invitar a todos los hermanos de Sur-America a participar de este seminario.

At 10 a.m. Gracie Combatives, the 36 most important techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu
At 3 p.m. Master Cycle, where Ralek will be teaching his favorite submission techniques, and the techniques he used to win his MMA fight against Sakuraba.

The CTC Montevideo, is proud to have been certified by the Gracie Academy, and it is honored to host all the Jiu-Jitsu brothers from South America to participate in this seminar. Both Seminars are open to Novice and Experienced Jiu-Jitsu Practitioners.
