*If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund, or you may exchange it for another item - no questions asked. (EXCLUDES Clearance Items - ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS) Simply return the item within 30 days of the purchase date, and we’ll take care of it. We will gladly exchange defective DVD's for the same item within 30 days of the purchase date.
*In the event of a return or exchange, the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you need a replacement or you'd like to exchange the item for something else, the Gracie Academy will gladly cover the shipping costs of the replacement item. In other words, if you ship an item back to us, we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you.
*We know that some items, especially gis, shrink a bit after a few washes. If after you wash your new jiu-jitsu gi or Gracie Gear garment, and it doesn't fit right, simply send it it back and we'll send you a different size. Bottom line: if you're not 100% happy with the style, fit, and feel of your Gracie Gear, simply let us know and we'll make it right!
*DVD Policy: Once opened, our DVD programs can only exchange them for the same item. If the DVDs are still in the original packaging, however, you can get a full refund for up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
