I read this book almost a year ago, and completely changed my life, it has been 10 month since I started this new way of living, this new eating habit, because is not a diet, at least I like to think so, I started with 216 Lbs and I'm proud to say that I am now 180 Lbs, but it only took me 6 month to get there. Not only changed the way I eat, but I'm also starting to practice Jiujitsu.

I thank the Lord for the Gracie family, specially Mr. Rorion for sharing this book with world and I.

This guide is helping him focus more on both BJJ and Diet which is fantastic. His workouts seem easier for him he has been on the diet for a few weeks and you can see the difference in his energy and attitude. Thanks for this!!

The Gracie Diet book is succinct and concise. It is well written and full of substance. It is not a dry boring sciencey type diet book it is quite enjoyable to read. Guaranteed to be an easy read for any level of reader or dieter. I was very surprised to see tips for ordering out if you are in a situation where subway or McDonald's is on the menu. My favorite part of the book is the "Gracie diet In a nutshell" portions. Keep your eye peeled for those segments they are literally gold. Thank you Gracie family I am taking my family with me on this Gracie lifestyle journey. My children will be bully proof, the women of my family will be empowered and able to defend themselves, and I will be working torawrds my blue belt. The Gracie diet assures us we will arrive at our goals safely and healthy. Buy this book!
